Recent Work in Amsterdam
I led an executive leadership team retreat for SUSE in Amsterdam, and I have spoken for Singapore Airlines there as well, both audiences needing more than a stage performance: they needed a working session that changed how the team operated afterward.
Most recently, I gave the keynote at the Airport Parking Network Event, held at Amsterdam Schiphol, where I introduced airport leaders to a concept borrowed from physiology: proprioception, the body’s sense of where it is in space without having to look. I argued that airports, like most organizations, know what assets they have but not always how those assets are moving in relation to each other, and that the same self-awareness the body has is exactly what leadership teams need to act strategically instead of reactively.
