About the Author
Andrew Bryant has spent his career curious about potential.
He began as a physiotherapist working with elite athletes, where he learned early that the gap between good and great performance is almost never physical. It's mental. That insight has shaped everything since: helping managers become leaders, and leaders become great ones, across 40+ countries and 25+ years.
POTENTIAL-IZE is Andrew's fifth book. His 2012 work, Self Leadership: How to Become a More Successful, Efficient, and Effective Leader from the Inside Out (McGraw-Hill), co-authored with Dr. Ana Kazan, established that before leading others, one must first lead oneself; it has since been cited in over 200 peer-reviewed papers.
In 2022, The New Leadership Playbook: Being Human Whilst Successfully Delivering Accelerated Results changed the conversation again, this time on delivering performance without sacrificing what makes people worth following.
