A Personal Note
When I first realized what I was doing for my clients was teaching them self-leadership, I threw myself into developing the methodology and frameworks.
Very few people had heard the term "self-leadership" in the late 90s and early 2000s, so I thought I had invented it.
Then, I received an email from Dr. Ana Kazan, who had read one of my articles, and she shared her work on self-management under professors Neck and Houghton.
