I'm in the lounge at Mumbai waiting for a flight home to Portugal, after an intense but rewarding two days in Incredible India.

I was here to give a Keynote Speech, 'Owning the Unknown', and a Workshop, 'Unlocking Human Potential', for People Matters, the premier platform for HR Leaders in India and the Middle East.

I also managed to squeeze in a Q&A session for members of the Professional Speakers Association of India. They wanted to know how I get booked to speak around the world, and I shared that it was not about me, but about my message of self-leadership, which delivers a tangible transformation.
