Mark is an international consultant and coach, whose career has spanned across many countries in the Asia Pacific region. He has been working as a consultant and coach to senior leaders and their teams for the past 11 years. This comes on the back of 12 years of leadership experience in large multinational corporations. He has also launched and successfully operated his own ventures included a select professional services firm and a small publishing business.
His long time abiding interest is in behavioral change and leadership transition. Mark has a deep appreciation of how and why people change, how teams change and how change can generate new possibilities. He has lived and worked across multiple countries in Asia and brings an international perspective to his work. Mark’s clients are typically regional executives with staff and P&L responsibility or a functional leadership role and senior executive teams.
Mark’s earlier corporate experience includes senior sales and marketing roles at Shell Australia and subsequently over 10 year in banking and finance. Mark resides in Singapore where he has lived for 6 years. He was previously living in Hong Kong for 6 years. Irina Miu, Ph.D
Irina is an executive coach with a solid background in supply chain management, human resources and business administration.
She has been active in the training and coaching area for several years contributing to the development of over 2500 people mainly from the corporate environment. As a native Romanian, fluent in English and with a good command of Italian, in her career she has accompanied individuals of different nationalities, across Europe and Asia, in their search for excellence.
