Leader as Coach Program
We conduct Leader as Coach as 2 or 3 day in-house or a 2-day public program in Singapore. This is a highly practical program, lead by an experienced coach. Participants will learn and practice powerful but easy to understand coaching skills and tools. We will explore case studies to suit specific work scenarios.
