The Process

To promote leadership competencies it is necessary for senior management to walk-the-talk. To achieve this they must know their strengths and blind-spots. Most of the top 500 Companies use 360 feedback to develop the competencies of their managers and leaders.

Prior to implementing a 360 assessment Self Leadership International recommends that a presentation is made to proposed participants to flush out concerns, confirm confidentiality and set up expectations. The 360 assessment uses a web-based, easy to complete form that allows each participant to get anonymous feedback from his or her boss, peers and direct reports. Paper based assessments are available for those that do not have web access.

After results are collated the agreed training or coaching program can commence to address issues highlighted by the assessment.

The 360 assessment can be repeated after the intervention to benchmark improvements.
