The Right Executive Coach
At Self Leadership International we use a cognitive behavioural methodology known as Meta Coaching for all coaching and executive coaching assignments. The Meta Coaching process enables us to identify the coachees' motivation strategy and explore the frames of mind required to make lasting behavioural changes. Once the desired outcomes or behaviours are observed, the executive coach will reinforce and test these behaviours for further improvement.
Our certified executive coaches understand the business world in which our client's operate and are able to have meaningful dialogues that ensure a significant return on the coaching investment. A Coaching Assignment
An executive coaching assignment typically lasst 3,6 or 12 months and includes:
- An initial meeting to ensure appropriate chemistry and coaching objectives
- A meeting with immediate supervisor, if appropriate
- A review of 360 feedback, if available
- A psychometric personality profiile, if required
- Face to face or phone coaching for between 1 to 2 hours/session
- E-mail support
- Work sheets or suggested reading
- A final report
