Many companies find that their leadership pipeline is constricted by the inablility of new managers to move from managing self to managing others or the inability of managers to step up to become leaders.

Self Leadership International has assisted small, medium and large organisations to increase their management and leadership capital.

Leadership Generator, is a workshop with a difference, designed to expose managers to the skills they need to create results.

Participants can enrol themselves or be sent by their company. Participants are then formed into teams to simulate a real working situation. Each team will compete and collaborate with the others, creating a highly charged learning environment.

Leadership Generator starts with the teams get to get to know each other and then the 'leadership generator challenge' is delivered. The challenge is in the form of a multi-faceted corporate problem that each team will solve in their own unique way.

During the next three-days teams are exposed to workshops and group coaching by Self Leadership International's team of experienced trainers. Each team will also have time to work on their own solution to the 'Leadership Generator Challenge'.

The finale is a presentation in the form of demonstration or role play by each team in front of the judging panel. The best presentation wins the trophy but each team comes away a winner in terms of the experience and the skills they have learned.
