The Process
Organisation Coach Certification is an intensive program which includes nine days of training in three modules and five one-to-one coaching sessions with an experienced coach.
This three-day module grounds participants in the communication skills required to coach and includes
- Definitions of Coaching, Mentoring, Counselling and Training.
- The NLP Communication Model.
- Creating rapport with your client.
- Reading non-verbal language.
- Precision questions for creating awareness for the client .
- Setting clear objectives and outcomes.
- Self awareness of mind-body emotional state.
- Inducing states of trust and confidence in the client.
- Giving and receiving feedback.
This three-day module give participant the tools and understanding to facilitate change in thier clients and includes:
- Review of module 1.
- Higher frames of mind that govern behaviour.
- Accelerated learning techniques.
- Creating boundaries .
- Developing empowerment.
- Unconditional self-esteem.
- Tracking values and behavioural drivers.
- Overcoming limiting belief systems and installing possibilities.

- Group project to be completed by module 3.
Module 3 - Coaching in Organisations
This five-day module focuses on coaching inside an organisation with a specific
emphasis on organizational structure, culture, management and leadership; it includes:
- Review of modules 1 & 2.
- Understanding individual and organisational change.
- How to faciltate lasting change.
- Utilise a systematic approach to coaching individuals and groups.
- Facilitate and lead group dynamics
- Develop benchmarks and competencies for performance.
- Benchmark your own coaching skills.
- Become masterful at giving and receiving feedback.
- Be confident to know what to do when, where and with whom.
- Plan for creating a coaching culture with your organisation.
- Presentation of group project.
Five individual sessions will be scheduled for each participant. This coaching allows each participant to experience coaching first hand and to address issues relevant to their coaching role and practice with the organisation.
One to one coaching can commence on completion of module 2.
