Registration
A place will be reserved for you upon receipt of your registration. A welcome confirmation email will be sent to you nearer to the course date. This includes details such as venue, timing, name for certificate and lanyard, dress code and dietary requirement. If we do not receive any email back re changes of details sent, we will assume that it is all correct and confirmed.
Self Leadership staff will be at the course venue from 8.30am for registration on the first day of the course.
Payment
Please make your payment either by Cheque or bank transfer immediately upon receiving the Self Leadership invoice.
All cheques should be crossed and made payable to “Self Leadership International Pte Ltd” with the invoice no. indicated at the back of the cheque.
There are no GST charges included in the course fee.
We do offer the option of payment via credit card. This will be done through internet PayPal system. Please note that there will be a 3.5% credit card charges applicable on top of the course fee.
Early Bird Discount
Please check our website for the respective dates of the early bird discounts for the courses.
Withdrawals
There will be no cancellation fee if notice of withdrawal is given 14 days before commencement of the course, after which a cancellation fee of 50% of the course fee will be levied. The full fee will be charged for withdrawal or no-show on the course commencement date.
Replacements from the same company are allowed.
Cancellation
Self Leadership International reserves the right to change or cancel the training course due to unforeseen circumstances. Any participant that has paid the full amount for the course will be refund.
