Andrew Bryant is the Director of Self Leadership International and is an experienced Executive Coach and Master Trainer.
English by birth (1961), Australian by choice and Singaporean by design, Andrew has been studying and teaching how to get the best from mind and body for over 25 years.
Originally trained as a physiotherapist, whilst working with athletes, Andrew became curious about what makes the difference in performance. This led him to study sports psychology, hypnosis and even traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).
Recognising that to be successful business people have to perform at their best everyday, Andrew moved away from therapy and became a speaker, trainer and coach for multi-national organisations.
Realising that to change our results we need to change our thinking, Andrew studied organisational behaviour and leadership and has become a world-renowned trainer of Neurolinguistic Progamming and Neuro-Semantics.
Understanding that knowledge without action is wasted, Andrew has designed training and coaching programs that deliver results to the bottom line whilst increasing individual engagement.
Andrew has been the keynote speaker at many conferences and events. He draws on his experience and tells humorous and enagaging stories that connect to the hearts and minds of his audience. A standing ovation from eighteen hundred Malaysian accountants is testimony that he can reach anyone.

Zurina Bryant is an accomplished coach, mother and businesswoman; she had a successful career in advertising and marketing before starting her coaching practice.
Zurina and her husband Andrew (an Executive Coach and Master Trainer) are directors of Self Leadership International – a world class provider of leadership coaching and training with clients such as Singapore Airlines, Singapore Navy, Sentosa, Crimson Logic, Frasers Centrepoint and Public Bank.
Zurina is a certified Meta-Coach, Master Practitioner of NLP and is the current president of the Meta-Coach Foundation.
Zurina is passionate and professional about her coaching practice. She ensures that she is fully present with each client at every meeting and enjoys helping them to uncover their motivation and resources to achieve the success they desire.
Zurina has worked with young adults, entrepreneurs and women in business who are keen on developing their career and full business potential and also keeping a handle on their personal life. She is an encouraging voice that coaches teenagers who face problems with regards to their personal and academic life. She is also a persistent coach who seeks to explore personal goals and targets that were never realized before by women and entrepreneurs.
Zurina is the mother of two children - Tasha and Nathan.
