If you are new to Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) or Coaching, then 'Communication Excellence is a three-day program that will ground you in the fundamentals.
NLP is a model of communication about human processing that empowers us to run our own brain.
It is a model of how we process information using our internal mental cinema of sights, sounds, and sensations. It is a model of language, and how we think and frame things . It explain how our internal mental movie signals our bodies to go into a state -a mind-body or neuro-linguistic state - and how that governs the quality of our life and experiences.
Communication Essentials is Module I of NLP practitioner and is pre-requisite course to becoming a certified Meta-Coach.
You will graduate from this module with:
- The tools and confidence to produce peak performance states in yourself and your coaching clients.
- Powerful NLP tools to help you really hear other people, ask precise questions that get to the heart of understanding, and shape behaviour through non-judgemental behavioural feedback.
- Skills to overcome barriers and blockages in your own life and your clients’.
- The ability to create a well-formed outcome for your client.
- Understanding of peoples personality styles for thinking and communicating.
- An inspiring start to a career as an internationally certified Meta-Coach.
Notes on prior learning:
If you have NLP or Meta-NLP Practitioner Certification from a recognised Institute,
you can skip this Module and go straight to Coaching Genius (Accessing Personal Genius) .
