Change & Transition Management
with Peter Schmideg
Date: August 25-26, 2008
Time: 9.00am – 5.30pm
Venue: Singapore
Many organisational change programs often fail due to poor implementation and lack of awareness of key ‘Transition’ issues. This program can go a long way to ensuring your change management processes are effective and that the process is sustainable.
The program has two key points of focus:
1. Change and Transition. Knowing the difference between Change and Transition is crucial because each has to be managed in a different way. The first is about process, the second is about people.
2. Key Steps. We explore an 8 step plan to help you set-up, implement and manage your change process. From creating up a ‘guiding’ coalition through to being clear about knowing what success looks like with your change initiative.
We also explore two popular change manage models – Incremental Change and Gut-Wrenching Rapid Change. Which is better and why?
Time is also spent examining communication strategies, understanding and managing resistance and coaching people through the process.
The program is interactive and experiential, built around group discussion, exercises, and case studies.
Benefits of Change & Transition Management:
