This workshop is designed around Dr. Meredith Belbin’s extensive research into team roles. This indicates that there are nine possible roles a person can assume on a team.
Participants - who will have completed the Belbin Self-Perception Inventory and 360 Observer Assessment tools to determine their team role preferences, prior to the workshop - will, through activities and exercises, bring the team roles and the participants understanding of them to life as participants learn how to maximize team productivity and performance by leveraging their own and others’ team roles.
This workshop is a powerful source of information and learning for in-tact teams but can work equally well with individuals from different teams. The workshop requires prior completion of the Belbin Self-Perception Inventory and 360 Observer Assessment using the E-Interplace system.
