Andrew Bryant is the Director of Self Leadership International and is an experienced Leadership Consultant, Executive Coach and Professional Speaker.
Andrew Bryant is an international thought leader on the topic of Self-leadership and how to Develop Leaders and High Performing Leadership Teams.
Self-leaders have a drive for autonomy, can make decisions, are more creative and persist, even in the face of adversity. Self-leadership leads to Shared-leadership allowing team members to influence peers, superiors and sub-ordinates with the objective to lead one another to innovation and the achievement of high performance objectives.
Andrew is known as a highly inspirational and engaging speaker and trainer; he has achieved the accreditation of Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), which endorses that he has been benchmarked by the speaking industry and his clients as being of the highest calibre in terms of professionalism and speaking skills.
Andrew Bryant is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and has coached C-level and Senior Executive from multi-national companies. As a coach he can challenge and provoke (with a sense of humour) to allow the executive to step back and consider the frames of mind and actions necessary for success.
Andrew is English by birth, Australian by choice and lives in Singapore with his wife and 2 young children.
Zurina Bryant is a Director of Self Leadership International as well as being an accomplished coach, photographer and businesswoman. Zurina had a successful career in advertising and marketing before joining her husband Andrew at Self Leadership International.
Zurina leads the team at Self Leadership ensuring all systems and processes are in place and that our clients receive the highest level of service.
Mark is an international facilitator, executive coach and trainer for organizations and educational networks in California, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Korea. Eternally fascinated with understanding human behaviour and bringing passion into learning, Mark has become a sought after source in accelerating and lifting performance levels while creating measurable results.
Since 1993, Mark has run teambuilding, communication, and NLP programs for the staff of Hewlett-Packard, Samsung, BAT, The Hour Glass, Nanyang Technological University and Raffles Hotel. He has also done teacher training and leadership programs in Stanford University in Palo Alto, as well as the top independent schools in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore, like the United World College (HK), Raffles Girls Secondary, Anglo-Chinese School, Saint Nicholas Girls, and Sri KDU (KL).
Mark graduated from the University of New South Wales (Australia) in Clinical Behavioural Psychology and Social Psychology.

Rob Bier is an executive coach. He integrates his background as a corporate CEO, entrepreneur, and strategy consultant into his coaching to help senior professionals achieve great results and become inspiring leaders. He particularly enjoys working with leaders in entrepreneurial companies and professional service firms.
Rob loves to work with leaders of all ages who are open to learning and committed to realising their maximum potential as leaders, managers and professionals. With his background as a CEO and strategy consultant he can go “head to head” with the most senior business people and provide a constructive, challenging partnership on a wide range of issues.
Rob also provides coaching on a pro bono basis to the CEOs of social enterprises involved in affordable housing, access to education, and micro-finance.
Mark Powell is an international consultant and coach, whose career has spanned across many countries in the Asia Pacific region. He has been working as a consultant and coach to senior leaders and their teams for the past 11 years. This comes on the back of 12 years of leadership experience in large multinational corporations. He has also launched and successfully operated his own ventures included a select professional services firm and a small publishing business.
His long time abiding interest is in behavioural change and leadership transition. Mark has a deep appreciation of how and why people change, and how change can generate new possibilities. This comes not just from his client work, but also from his own experience of several career transformations, and from working and living in multiple countries each with different cultural norms. Mark’s clients are typically regional executives with staff and P&L responsibility or with a functional leadership role.
He holds a Bach of Economics and post graduate degrees in Education, Business Administration and Applied Finance. He is a graduate of the Coach U program and of the Praesta Coaching Program and is currently undertaking team coach training through the Bath Consultancy in the UK.
Sandy Kaye is an Australian presentation skills trainer and journalist with over 25 years experience in all facets of the media. She has worked with every TV network in Australia on projects as diverse as news, current affairs, light entertainment and variety – both in front of and behind the cameras.
As a television producer she contracts to several American and British television production companies to bring Australian stories to television screens throughout the United States and the United Kingdom.
In 1978 Sandy became a household name when she laid claim to becoming Sydney’s first female radio newsreader. Since then, she has produced and presented for countless radio stations around the country. Recently hosting her own regular commercial radio talk-back show in Melbourne, Sandy is in demand not only as an on-air radio personality but as a magazine contributor/editor and voice-over artist as well.
In the corporate world Sandy is equally busy as an accomplished Media and Presentation Trainer as well as a Crisis Consultant. She trains in all capital cities of Australia as well as in Asia and has worked with CEO’s from some of the largest companies across Asia Pacific.
She possesses a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, has a degree in Fitness Instruction and Personal Training and is currently studying for a qualification in Public Relations.
Peter is an organisational consultant, executive coach and trainer with over 20 years of experience in learning and development. He has worked in Australia, the US, UK and throughout SE Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China and Japan.
He has also been an invited guest speaker and Stanford University and is the author of two books.
The focus of Peter’s work is always on performance improvement of individuals, teams and organisations. He achieves this through is work in Leadership Development, Coaching, Stress Management and Change and Transition Management.
His programs are always experiential, with a strong focus on learning and practical ‘real world’ outcomes. He rarely uses Powerpoint and ensures there is always group discussion and involvement. He is equally comfortable working with frontline staff as he is at executive management level and he has worked across a broad spectrum of businesses.
Peter has a BA from La Trobe University (Melbourne, Australia) a Cert. IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and Graduate Diploma in Business from Swinburne University’s Graduate School of Management.
Bob Feldman is an international corporate trainer, executive coach, professional speaker and team facilitator for communication and presentation skills. Born and raised in Chicago, he also has lived and worked for lengthy periods on two other continents, primarily in Germany and Singapore, which he has made his home for the past 11 years. He holds a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Movement, Psychology and Education and a Masters Degree (M.Ed.) in Adult and Continuing Education from the University of Illinois. He is also a certified Personal Efficiency Program (PEP) Consultant and a professional member of Asia Professional Speakers – Singapore (APSS). In the business arena, he has been Managing Director of a successful arts business in Singapore for the past 12 years.
Bob helps people raise their communication and presentation skills to a higher level through his engaging and insightful facilitation. For 15 years he was an actor, director, teacher and trainer with the United Mime Workers Theatre Company, an internationally acclaimed professional mime theatre group which toured throughout the United States as well as in Europe and Latin America at theatres, universities and public venues. He continued teaching acting skills at colleges and theatre schools in Germany and Singapore, and has also led corporate trainings on impactful communication and presentation in Sri Lanka, India, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines and Australia. His travels around the world have created a high cross-cultural and global awareness and sensitivity which is evident in all of his courses.
Dennis Heath is a qualified executive coach, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).His background includes thirty years in sales and management positions in the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific with global technology companies.
He specialises in coaching around leadership behaviour at VP to CEO level, as well as high potentials in the succession line in multinational companies. His extensive international corporate experience, combined with advanced coaching techniques, provide a powerful foundation on which to take his clients on a journey to outstanding leadership performance.
Jass is a successful headhunter and an executive and career coach. Working with an Executive Search Firm specialising in Information Technology, Telecom industry and emerging industries her deliverables are measured by prompt response time, integrity, quality of service and sound understanding of the client, their culture and people.

Known for his generous dose of humor, he brings a lot of energy and enthusiasm into the class, creating a learner-centered environment fit for the needs of each participant.
A true believer that change always comes from the inside, he uses stories and metaphors to connect to his audience hearts, thus insuring a wider opening to new concepts.
He worked with companies like Continental, Oce Software, Siemens, P&G, Honeywell, as well as with international youth organizations like AIESEC (Association Internationale d’Etudiants en Sciences Economiques et Commerciales) and BEST (Board of European Students of Technology).

Irene Millar is a qualified and experienced trainer and worked as a Senior Training Manager for a MNC for over ten years before creating and delivering her own training programmes. Irene has delivered programmes on Sales, Sales Management, Team Building, Employee Engagement and Business Optimisation through Strategic Sustainable Development in the UK, USA, Canada, Mexico, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Korea, China, Hong Kong, India, Dubai and Kenya.

Irina is a leading coach and trainer, with a solid background in supply chain management, human resources and business administration. Raymond Thomas is a facilitator, trainer and a performance improvement coach. He has collaborated with both local and multinational organizations to provide value added learning experiences which are aligned to common organizational goals and productivity enhancements.
Raymond Thomas has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (State University of New York at Buffalo, USA) & a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer (Swinburne University of Technology, Australia).
