Andrew Bryant is the Director of Self Leadership International and is an experienced Executive Coach, Leadership Trainer and Consultant
Andrew has been teaching the body-mind sciences for over 25 years and has designed and delivered programs for multi-national companies that inspire and empower thier employees to realise their full potential.
Originally trained as a physiotherapist, Andrew became curious about what made the difference in the performance of the athletes he was working with. This led him to study sports psychology, hypnosis and even traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).
Recognising that business people have to perform at their best every day to be successful , Andrew moved away from therapy and became a professional speaker, trainer and executive coach for multi-national organisations.
Andrew’s experience lead him to realise that to change our results we need to change our thinking, he therefore studied organisational behaviour and leadership and has become a world-renowned trainer of Neurolinguistic Progamming and Neuro-Semantics as well as a credentialled coach.
Andrew has been the keynote speaker at many conferences and events. He draws on his experience and tells humorous and enagaging stories that connect to the hearts and minds of his audience. A standing ovation from eighteen hundred Malaysian accountants is testimony that he can reach anyone.

Zurina Bryant is a director of Self Leadership International as well as being an accomplished coach, photographer and businesswoman. Zurina had a successful career in advertising and marketing before joining her husband Andrew at Self Leadership International.
Zurina is a certified Meta-Coach, Master Practitioner of NLP and is the founding president of the Meta-Coach Foundation.
Zurina leads the team at Self Leadership ensuring all systems and processes are in place and that our clients receive the highest level of service.
Mark is an international facilitator, executive coach and trainer for organizations and educational networks in California, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Korea. Eternally fascinated with understanding human behaviour and bringing passion into learning, Mark has become a sought after source in accelerating and lifting performance levels while creating measurable results.
Since 1993, Mark has run teambuilding, communication, and NLP programs for the staff of Hewlett-Packard, Samsung, BAT, The Hour Glass, Nanyang Technological University and Raffles Hotel. He has also done teacher training and leadership programs in Stanford University in Palo Alto, as well as the top independent schools in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore, like the United World College (HK), Raffles Girls Secondary, Anglo-Chinese School, Saint Nicholas Girls, and Sri KDU (KL).
Mark graduated from the University of New South Wales (Australia) in Clinical Behavioural Psychology and Social Psychology.
Mark Liew is a member of The International Coach Federation (ICF).
Sandy Kaye is an Australian presentation skills trainer and journalist with over 25 years experience in all facets of the media. She has worked with every TV network in Australia on projects as diverse as news, current affairs, light entertainment and variety – both in front of and behind the cameras.
As a television producer she contracts to several American and British television production companies to bring Australian stories to television screens throughout the United States and the United Kingdom.
In 1978 Sandy became a household name when she laid claim to becoming Sydney’s first female radio newsreader. Since then, she has produced and presented for countless radio stations around the country. Recently hosting her own regular commercial radio talk-back show in Melbourne, Sandy is in demand not only as an on-air radio personality but as a magazine contributor/editor and voice-over artist as well.
In the corporate world Sandy is equally busy as an accomplished Media and Presentation Trainer as well as a Crisis Consultant. She trains in all capital cities of Australia as well as in Asia and has worked with CEO’s from some of the largest companies across Asia Pacific.
She possesses a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, has a degree in Fitness Instruction and Personal Training and is currently studying for a qualification in Public Relations.
Peter is an organisational consultant, executive coach and trainer with over 20 years of experience in learning and development. He has worked in Australia, the US, UK and throughout SE Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China and Japan.
He has also been an invited guest speaker and Stanford University and is the author of two books.
The focus of Peter’s work is always on performance improvement of individuals, teams and organisations. He achieves this through is work in Leadership Development, Coaching, Stress Management and Change and Transition Management.
His programs are always experiential, with a strong focus on learning and practical ‘real world’ outcomes. He rarely uses Powerpoint and enures there is always group discussion and involvement. He is equally comfortable working with frontline staff as he is at executive management level and he has worked across a broad spectrum of businesses.
Peter has a BA from La Trobe University (Melbourne, Australia) a Cert. IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and Graduate Diploma in Business from Swinburne University’s Graduate School of Management.
Joseph Scott, An internationally experienced and credential executive coach and trainer, now living in Australia, originally born in England (1970).
In the UK Joseph spent over 10 years working across Europe in business development and organisational consultation for many pan-European and global organisations including standard Chartered, Glaxo Smith Kline, Wyeth, The British Government agencies and many others.
While working in business development and consultation, Joseph realised that what businesses were in need of was overt and definite leadership and effective leaders to display it.
From this Joseph under took a whole new direction in life and in 1999-2004 dedicated himself to learning about leadership and how to create leaders, In essence, to become an expert in Leadership and developing effective leaders.
Today Joseph is passionate about helping individuals unleash the leader within themselves to be living a fulfilling life of appreciation and contribution as the best leaders they can possibly be.
For the last 5 years including 2 years in Australia, Joseph’s professional life has been in developing highly effective leaders in public and corporate environments.

Thong Joo is a professional trainer and consultant; he believes that for training to be effective, one needs to make it interesting, fun and practical for the participants.
His forte is in the area of customer service; effective communication and relationship management; creative problem solving; managerial skills; personal effectiveness; sales management and team building. He is effectively bi-lingual in English and Mandarin and has conducted several training overseas including China and Malaysia.
He is also a business practitioner with more than 16 years of industry experience working in MNC, statutory board, SME and Public Listed Company. During his career, he has spearheaded various portfolios including sales & marketing; business development; strategic planning and management consultancy.
Thong Joo is a graduate in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore and holds certification in several professional training areas including the Singapore Government endorsed Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), the Certificate of Business Chinese, as well as certification as a Human Behavior Analyst for DISC profiling, the Silva Method, and Business Coaching.
Dennis Heath is a qualified executive coach, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).His background includes thirty years in sales and management positions in the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific with global technology companies.
He specialises in coaching around leadership behaviour at VP to CEO level, as well as high potentials in the succession line in multinational companies. His extensive international corporate experience, combined with advanced coaching techniques, provide a powerful foundation on which to take his clients on a journey to outstanding leadership performance.
Jass is a successful headhunter and an executive and career coach. Working with an Executive Search Firm specialising in Information Technology, Telecom industry and emerging industries her deliverables are measured by prompt response time, integrity, quality of service and sound understanding of the client, their culture and people.

Radu Palamariu is a trainer and facilitator for Self Leadership International.
Driven by his strong passion for developing the “leaders of tomorrow”, he had extensive experience in management positions in world-wide non-governmental organizations, working across more than 15 different countries.
Constantly preoccupied with helping individuals find the right strategies for achieving their best performance, he made the shift towards the training industry 4 years ago. Known for his generous dose of humor, he brings a lot of energy and enthusiasm into the class, creating a learner-centered environment fit for the needs of each participant.
A true believer that change always comes from the inside, he uses stories and metaphors to connect to his audience hearts, thus insuring a wider opening to new concepts.
He worked with companies like Continental, Oce Software, Siemens, P&G, Honeywell, as well as with international youth organizations like AIESEC (Association Internationale d’Etudiants en Sciences Economiques et Commerciales) and BEST (Board of European Students of Technology).
Radu holds a bachelor in Psychology from the “West” University (Timisoara, Romania), and is trained in NLP and Transactional Analysis.
Martin Davies is a subject matter expert and trainer for the finance industry. He is highly customer focused and works in some of the most complex areas of project management, capital modelling, risk, finance and banking across South East Asia and the Middle East.
Martin has a strong lean towards the use of the most appropriate project management methodology for the business activity at hand.
Martin is very active on the speaking circuit and in 2006 he chaired the Operational Risk Congress in Singapore, the Risk Auditors Forum in Delhi and in early 2007 he ran the risk forum in Oman. He is well versed in translating complex material to audiences from all backgrounds, in a passionate and invigorating manner
Tremaine is an executive coach in the Asia Pacific region. She spent 10 years working and training in large, multinational financial services firms before embarking on a journey to understand the tao of transformational leadership.
Tremaine works with young professionals who are transitioning into leadership positions. Her clients recognise that, in order to meet the enormous demands of today, sound technical competencies must be accompanied by superb leadership skills and work-life balance.
